eCoast is looking for experienced Senior Business Development Representatives. The ideal candidate will have previous Inside Sales experience in demand generation in the technology sector. They must possess the ability to position technology solutions and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to follow a well defined sales process with predictable outcomes and superior closing skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify qualified sales opportunities with C level prospects via teleprospecting and email marketing
Identifying decision makers, determining customer needs and timing, positioning features and benefits, overcome objections
Work independently to meet and exceed individual monthly goals by delivering well qualified sales opportunities to our clients, while also contributing to a larger team goal
Manage day to day sales and business activity by tracking leads using CRM applications
Place 100
outbound calls per day
Ability to learn multiple technology solutions and is committed to staying knowledgeable on current industry trends and client information through personal education and self-development.
Is self-motivated: Sets and achieves personal goals outside those set by management, demonstrates ongoing advancement in telesales and technical skills, and takes personal accountability for success.
Consistently demonstrates professionalism through their reliability, integrity, self-accountability, image and expertise
Required
Experience:
1 year of inside sales experience, ideally in the technology sector or recent college degree
Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and confident telephone voice
Exceptional written communication and grammar is a must
Self-motivated and competitive: driven to reach and exceed individual and team goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
Ability to sell to executive and senior level IT and marketing management
Business-level fluency in other languages is a plus
Polished presentation skills.
Demonstrable track record.
