Description
This is a unique opportunity for an individual to develop IT skills while contributing significantly to establishing robust, scalable business processes in a rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities
o Support End-Users with applications including SAP ERP, SAP MII, and Microsoft SharePoint
o Escalation point for Helpdesk and first-level troubleshooting of Business Systems Applications
o Provides basic support of SAP ECC 6.x configuration and structures which will entail fundamental business requirements analysis, system configuration, testing (using pre-developed test scripts), training and documentation.
o Coordinate and execute functional testing of applications
o Analyze business processes, gather requirements and generate functional specifications
o Assist with design, modification and implementation of new and existing business systems applications
o Driving optimization of SAP configuration to streamline business processes
o Help organize storage of information and administer security within SharePoint team sites and document libraries
o Assist with development of workflows and forms as needed for business processes
o Other Duties as Required
Experience/Education/Skills: Formal Education & Certification
o University degree in the field of computer science or information systems or equivalent work related experience.
Knowledge & Experience
o Minimum of 2 years working with SAP PP and MM modules required
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio
o Experience with SharePoint and InfoPath forms preferred
o Experience managing small to medium projects through to completion
o Basic understanding of functions and information flow within an ERP system
o Experience developing or supporting Relational Database, Transactional and Web-Based Systems preferred
o Participation in strategic business initiatives to deliver new system functionality
o Self-starter, strong problem solving

o Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products.
o Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
o Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
