Job Description: Key Duties/
Responsibilities:
The Customer Operations Associate is responsible for data input; entering pertinent data from source documents and performing detailed edit checks. Primarily support the Customer Operations Team with customer assistance, data entry and various office tasks.
o Entry transactions and processes include but are not limited to:
o SAP Standard Order Entry & Changes
o SAP Project Orders
o Sharepoint Contract Entry & Review
o Consignment Orders and Min/Max contract arrangements
o RMA processing
o QN Processing
o Report Generation/ data mining
Duties:
o Maintaining appropriate and accurate records, files and documentation
o Performing high volume data entry of customer orders and notes
o Handling multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, planning, and organizing
o Representing AEC in a professional & respectful manner
o Assist in the preparation and generating reports as requested
o Filing and other support duties as needed
Qualifications:
o Advanced MS Office skills
o SAP Experience
o Advanced data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
o Highly detail oriented
o Ability to multi-task as day to day activity varies
o Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience/Education/Skills: Position Competencies:
Knowledge:
o Associate's Degree or equivalent required
Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
o SAP user
o Basic math skills
o Professional demeanor in person and on the phone
Abilities:
o Demonstrate a sense of urgency
o Ability to work independently and manage prioritiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
