Service Manager -
Job Description:
Serves as a liaison between customers and auto technicians Problem-solver who meets service and sales objectives Ensures good CSI levels to maintain repeat customers Provides resolutions of customer complaints Oversees maintenance of customer service records in computer system Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity Oversees Employee training and development Ensures a safe working environment Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired Strong knowledge of policy and procedures Service Manager - Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills Supervisory experience in a service position Understands the basics of business management Strong motivational and leadership skills Valid Driver's License with good driving record All inquiries are held in strict confidence.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, driving record and drug test.
