Housing Community Hiring for Maintenance & Ground Keeping

Rochester, NH Rochester, NH Full-time Full-time $19 - $21 an hour $19 - $21 an hour Hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and park-owned facilities.
Work mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Full-time position split between two parks.
We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well within a team as well as independently.
Candidates with property management experience would be ideal, although those that take pride in a job well done will also be considered.
All tools to do the job will be provided.
Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties:
- Landscape maintenance - Grounds & property maintenance - Basic plumbing and electrical repairs - Facility maintenance - Plowing - Activities can include plowing, mowing, digging, operating equipment, painting, carpentry, fence building, vehicle maintenance and repairs, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50
pounds - Valid License - Reliable Transportation - Must be able to pass background check and drug screening - At least 2 years experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant work experience.
Compensation:
Pay commensurate with skillset.
