A Day in the life of a Licensed Nursing Assistant ( LNA ) As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) at Cornerstone VNA, you'll enjoy autonomy and independence while caring for patients where they want to be, at home.
While working independently, support from your manager and your team is just a phone call away.
At each visit, you'll deliver personal care assistance in coordination with your patient's individual care plan.
You'll play an important role as a member of the patient's care team to help ensure a positive home care experience and successful outcomes.
You'll find great value and gain new experiences in providing care for patients with diverse individual and cultural backgrounds.
You'll also find your job rewarding and uplifting when you help your patients be the best they can be.
And you'll have the opportunity to be the best you can be by expanding your skillset and knowledge through ongoing professional development opportunities and working alongside our talented multi-disciplinary teamQualifications Current state of New Hampshire LNA License or Maine LNA License At least 1 year of experience as a LNA Preferred Proficiency with medical EMR Systems Valid driver's license in good standing and vehicle insurance Location:
