Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead all operational aspects of a manufacturing facility.
You will build and lead a strong team to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has outstanding leadership abilities, financial acumen, and experience with Lean manufacturing techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities Lead the plant's safety program and ensure compliance with quality standards Partner with the Controller to meet cost and productivity targets Develop and execute the strategic vision and annual business plan for the site Implement Lean tools and processes to drive efficiency gains Maintain effective asset and inventory management Lead product launches and improvements in partnership with RD Coach and develop functional leaders to maximize performance Required Experience 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing management experience Proven leadership skills with a results-driven approach Expert knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies Strong financial management abilities and PL ownership Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Experience Engineering degree or technical background Experience with change management Competitive Salary Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
