Summary:
Southern NH busy retail site hiring a Sales Manager to oversee areas including Sales Department, Business office, Management and Customer Service operations. Our client offers a competitive salary and incentive structure.Sales Manager Responsibilities include:
o Will manage operations of vehicle inventory o Oversee and ensure that personnel are trained, determine sales quotas o Establish procedures for paperwork submission o Oversee business office activities o Work closely with finance sources o Be proactive in sales techniques o Maintain employee work schedule o Assist in the hiring of employees o Maintain sales programs, follow up with promotional campaigns o Provide reports to the GM as requested o Ensure customers are treated in a courteous manner o Handle customer complaintsSales Manager Skills and
Qualifications:
