The Janitor/Cleaner Position assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will supply and support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
This position is generally an early morning through early afternoon shift.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Filtering oil fryers Maintaining outside grounds Sweeping/mopping Detailed cleaning:
equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, offices, and restrooms Unloading bi-weekly deliveries Emptying/taking out trash Changing light bulbs Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris Requirements:
At least some weekend availability is a must Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including long hours working on your feet, lifting 25 - 50 pounds regularly, working in inclement weather, etc.
