An Account Director is responsible for identifying qualified, strategic, target prospects for eCoast's products and

, and implementing a sales strategy that will lead to closed business, satisfied clients, and sales quota achievement.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prospects, qualifies, positions, sells, and closes net-new and existing client sales
Regularly meets with prospects and clients (virtually or in-person as needed) to sell eCoast products and services and to ensure goals, objectives, and needs are being met.
Advises senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Assists in the development of sales and marketing plans.
Complies with all operational and financial processes to ensure maximum operational integrity.
Works across departments to exchange information.
Communicate sales performance and other account information both internally and externally
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops: reviewing professional publications: establishing personal networks: participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:
Requires 5
years direct sales experience
Ability to communicate ideas and collaborate to execute and problem solve
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Proven excellence in managing multiple projects and deadlines
Motivated to perform sales at a high level
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work under a deadline
High level of responsiveness to prospects, clients, and co-workers alike
Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Internet Explorer and the aptitude to quickly learn new systems
BA / BS Degree or commensurate experience
5-10 years of minimum sales experience
