Our client in the Rochester area is looking for a Administrative Assistant. This position is a temporary to hire position and has potential to be a permanent role for the right candidate. Responsibilities: -Handle incoming phone calls and help schedule appointments -Update and file customer and client information -Communicate with supervisors any changes in scheduling and assist with any ongoing projects -Work in a team environment to complete projects on time and effectively -Perform basic office duties: data entry, filing, scanning, and receptionist duties

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
