rating with the BBB. Castle is currently seeking highly qualified sales representatives to spend their time with home owners demonstrating our products.
Our sales representatives are given a steady supply of pre-set pre-qualified appointments. Our goal is to assess the needs of the homeowner, educate them on our products and close the sale, with no canvassing or cold calling, just selling.
Castle Offers;
Pre set prequalified daily supply of leads.
100% Upfront Commission with Uncapped Earning potential
First year income $60,000 to $100,000, with several top reps making over $175,000.
Bi weekly pay checks with commission paid up front.
No retainage, you get paid on what you sell when you sell it!

Ongoing support system
All sales materials, business cards, and samples provided.

Must be available nights and weekends
Designing projects and closing the sale
