Leddy Group is seeking a Group Leader in Rochester. The Group Leader reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for directing the daily operations. Duties will include directing the efforts of the team to meet daily goals, developing and implementing measures for continuos improvement, and general manufacturing and machining.
Candidates should have prior experience leading a team in a diverse manufacturing environment, be familiar with measuring tools, assembly and machining, and have strong communication and mathematical skills. Candidates should have strong hand / eye coordination, good manual dexterity, and be able to read blueprints.
